You are solely responsible for your conduct while using PiQi-Chat. You agree not to:

• Engage in abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior.
• Display content that contains nudity, violence, or is graphically disturbing.
• Promote hate speech, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Share private information of any third party without their consent.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

We use a combination of automated systems (such as NSFW detection) and user reports to moderate content and enforce our rules. We reserve the right to ban users who violate these terms, based on their unique device fingerprint, without prior notice.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. You use the Service at your own risk. We provide no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PiQi-Chat, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
